What do I, as a buyer have to do?

1. Get the agreement of purchase of sale to a lawyer as soon as possible and well before the date marked for requisitions.
2. Arrange financing - give name of a law firm with address, telephone number and fax number to lender.
3. Arrange for insurance - effective on the date of closing. Give name of law firm with address, telephone/number and fax number to insurance company and/or broker so they can provide solicitor with binder letter.
